I thought that C.A.P.P. stood for Canadians Against Proroguing Parliament. Then Katie sent me a link to their facebook group and now I'm not sure what they stand for.
On facebook the image you pick to be your group's logo says a lot about your group. Along with the name of the group and the member count, the logo is displayed wherever groups are listed. So the administrators of the Canadians Against Proroguing Parliament group decided that the most important message they had was: don't vote Green. Read more »
Similarities & Differences - NDP

The Green Party of Canada and the NDP have some things in common; of course we also have some stark differences. I hope to outline some of these similarities and differences below.
Similarity: The Greens and NDP are both for electoral reform.
Difference: The Greens are for electoral reform even when it’s not an election.
Similarity: The Greens and the NDP both support working families.
Difference: The Greens are for all Canadian families, both working and dysfunctional.
Similarity: The Greens and the NDP both want serious action on climate change.
