Wow has his stock ever dropped recently. Well I guess that's what happens when the city goes on strike and garbage starts piling up everywhere.
With that said wouldn't it be nice if union leaders would add recession to their vocabulary.

Miller for Green Party Leader
Draft him - Beg him - whatever it takes. The Green Party has never had a potential high profile candidate, potential leader, who would be more likely to win a seat.
A fight with city unions is almost inevitable when city revenues decline - it would a be far worse sign if Miller was encouraging city councilors to acquiesce to whatever the unions wanted. Or he could just weakly act like other public servants who cave in to unions demands, then lay off enough staff to make budgets balance and reduce services accordingly (as history repeatedly shows us)????
