With Affliction going back to being a t-shirt company the UFC was able to re-sign Vitor Belfort.  The Phenom was one of my favorite early fighters.  His hand speed was legendary and if you doubt that just check with Abott, Eastman or Silva. (Sorry these were the only videos of the highlights I could find.) His first fight back will be at UFC 103 in a light-heavyweight match-up against Rich Franklin.  Yes, this does mean that Franklin vs. Henderson 2 is off for now.
 
Ortiz has also re-signed after a long layoff where he underwent surgery on his back.  Apparently he and Dana White have patched things up.  While I'm not a huge Ortiz fan the guy has exciting fights.
