My favorite US Senator is the late Paul Wellstone of Minnesota. He died tragically in a plane crash in 2002. He was an great senator who never forget who elected him and why he was in Washington. A champion of the people I guess you could say.
If there was a Paul Wellstone award then this week it would have to go to New York's 9th district member Anthony Weiner.
He challenges the Republicans to put-up or shut-up on health care and he pushes for a single payer system. Check out the videos below:
